Rent Payments

Rent payments are accepted at Laing + Simmons as follows:

• Direct Debit Payment
• Money Order
• Bank Cheque 
• Bank Deposit Book 
• Laing and Simmons E-pay card
• Eftpos
• Internet Banking

CASH IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF PAYMENT

Money Orders / Bank Cheques 

Money Orders or Bank Cheques can either be delivered to our office or mailed to us. If you choose to mail your rent to us, please ensure that you write the address of the rented premises on the back of the cheque.

Bank Deposit Book

Please contact the office if you would like to be set up on the CBA Deposit Book system to obtain your depsoit book and number.

Laing + Simmons e-pay

Option's available form the Laing+ Simmons Epay Card;
Pay as you go method, BPAY, at any Australia Post Office and Direct Debit

EFTPOS

We have an Eftpos system allowing you to pay rent at the office in person by using either the CHEQUE or SAVINGS options (please note the CREDIT Option is not accepted).

Internet Banking

You can also set up your own transfers and scheduled transactions using your online accounts, please contact one of our office staff for our bank account details and tenant refrence numbers.
